MY JOURNEY

I spent my college years at the University of Northern Colorado studying graphic design and printmaking, but ultimately ended up tattooing. That path led me to move across the country with a big dream to open a tattoo shop in San Francisco with two of the best folks around. Despite our lack of funds, business knowledge, or clientele in the area, we somehow pulled it off… ten years in North Beach! A very sincere thank you to all of the wonderful people who have supported and trusted me along the way!  

While locked out of my business during the pandemic, UX / UI design entered into my life. I discovered that it was a perfect marriage of design, problem solving, psychology, innovation, collaboration and creation.

I am now back to tattooing, but I take on a variety of design and collaborative work when my schedule allows.
